When the Right One Hurts You
They say to stay away from the bad boys because they will not only break your heart but possibly destroy your soul. They have the ability to take away your livelihood.
But no one ever says what to do when a good guy breaks your heart. A good guy can also shatter you into pieces, even if what he did was a mistake.
With bad boys, you ignore the advice because you think you’re the exception when you’re really just the norm. And when you get hurt, you feel as if you have been mishandled.
With good guys, no one really gives you advice because they believe there’s not much to look out for. And when you’re hurt by a good guy, you feel bemused.
